In celebration of National Ceviche Day, which falls on June 28th, COYA Dubai invites guests to experience a curated ceviche platter that honours the culture of Latin American cuisine — where fresh seafood, sharp citrus, and vibrant spice meet the artistry of Peruvian cooking. Available for a limited time from June 23rd to June 28th and priced at AED 350 per person, the platter is a tribute to the profiles, textures, and craftsmanship that define this globally beloved dish.

This year’s platter features a medley of timeless favourites alongside punchy, vibrant new creations. The four classics include the Classic Sea Bass Ceviche, showcasing delicate white fish brightened with citrus and red onion, and the Spicy Yellowfin Tuna Ceviche, which delivers heat and umami with aji and soy. The Sea Bream Ceviche offers a clean, zesty bite with notes of coriander and lime, while the Truffle Snapper Ceviche elevates rich snapper with earthy truffle and a touch of ponzu.

New to the platter this year is the Yellowtail Ceviche, which blends a buttery texture with a sharp, aromatic dressing. A true standout—Escargots Ceviche—draws inspiration from the chef’s background, delivering a daring twist by pairing marinated escargots with lively Peruvian spice.
