Every weekend the Dim Sum Dynasty Brunch invites guests to gather around an abundant selection of thirteen handcrafted dim sum and appetisers. The experience begins with a generous spread of Chinese favourites, from delicate Har Gau and Chicken Sui Mei to Peking Duck Bao, Char Siu Bao and Chicken Gyoza.
Alongside these are dishes including Radish Puff, Turnip Cake with Lao Gan Ma chilli, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Tempura Green Beans with black truffle and shiitake mushrooms, and MiMi Mei Fair's signature Wasabi Prawns. Brunch continues with a choice of main course, including Mala Spicy Tofu, Black Bean Chicken or Caramelised Crispy Mandarin Beef, served with Egg Fried Rice and Crunchy Seasonal Vegetables.
