Glasses of bubbles accompany the view, food, and mood, and to begin, the Antipasti, a colourful Beetroot Trio with Ricotta Salata, orange mousse, beetroot chips, and black olives. The Seabass Carpaccio is both delicate and juicy, with lemon sauce, orange, and radish served with crispy bread. The baked feta or Feta Al Forno is absolutely divine with cherry tomato, herbs, and toasted sourdough bread.
The main courses are a dream, soft pasta pillows of Seafood Ravioli with tomato, garlic, thyme, and lemon. For cheese lovers, the Quattro Formaggi pizza is served with Pancetta, and four types of cheese, Scamorza, Fior di latte, Taleggio, and Brebis. Cooked to perfection, the Grilled Striploin is both tender and juicy, with beautiful sides of smoked sweet potato, king oyster mushroom, cherry sauce, and veal jus to seal the deal.
The pinnacle of joy is found in the Dolci, a decadent indulgence of Red Berry Baba soaked in Champagne syrup, drizzled in red berry coulis, and topped with fresh vanilla mascarpone cream.
Valentine’s dinner includes options to dine indoors or on the terrace with a stunning view of the Burj and Dubai’s night lights.
