Now, Ladurée invites diners to discover its savoury side with a newly unveiled menu that reimagines French classics with signature flair, offering refined options from breakfast through to dessert.

You can enjoy your mornings at Ladurée with Eggs Florentine reimagined with Cheddar béchamel and a hint of smoked paprika, while the Omelette Royale comes decorated with salmon roe and dill. Adding a regional flair, the Middle Eastern Omelette is layered with garlicky yogurt and chili sauce, something special for those who cherish local flavours.

Starters feature Shrimp Rolls "Terre et Mer" that pair sesame-spiced beef with shrimp encased in crisp filo, while the Crab Salad balances grapefruit, avocado and coriander. The Cucumber Avocado Gazpacho offers a cool, herbaceous lift, while Blinis topped with smoked salmon or Oscietra caviar bring timeless French elegance to the table.

The sandwich selection includes Lobster Rolls, the decadent Ladurée Gourmet Burger layered with confit beef cheeks and truffle mayo, and two takes on the classic Croque Monsieur: traditional with Emmental or vegetarian with tomato pesto, so there’s something for every palate.

And of course, desserts remain Ladurée’s soul, but here too they are reinterpreted. Milkshakes recall signature macaron flavours: rose, chocolate, vanilla, pistachio, topped with Chantilly cream and macaron shells. The Pistachio Crème Brûlée and fragrant Umm Ali layered with brioche and orange make sure that your meal ends with a sweet flavour.
