During her visit, Angelina hosted a Bee School with local primary students, met with Guerlain experts to further discuss the brand’s bee conservation initiatives and ended her visit with an intimate cocktail with Friends of the Maison at Guerlain’s iconic boutique - 68 Avenue des Champs-Elysées.
Angelina’s visit to Paris revolved around co-hosting a Bee School session with Lorène Mouchet, a beekeeper from the first Guerlain x UNESCO Women for Bees cohort in 2021, alongside Guerlain’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Cécile Lochard. The Bee School, founded by Guerlain and led by its employees, is a volunteer programme developed to educate young children across the world on the bee’s importance to ecosystems and biodiversity. This particular Bee School session took place at Ecole Henri Barbusse, a primary school in Clichy-sous-Bois, a town LVMH is closely connected with, as part of a broader transmission programme. Additionally, Guerlain and the primary school will install beehives on site and host other Bee School sessions in the months to come.
That evening, Guerlain welcomed Angelina, Friends of the Maison as well as Guerlain’s Experts from its Bee Conservation Programme at the Guerlain boutique for an intimate cocktail.
