The menu, crafted by Peruvian Chef John Evans and Michelin-starred Chef Ivan Noceda, celebrates Peru’s rich culinary heritage. Highlights include the bold Ceviche Carretillo, flavorful Fillet A Lo Macho, textured Chaufa Rice Capon, elegant Salmon Tiradito, and the indulgent Lucuma Volteada dessert. As for the cocktails, Nikola Ristic brings his passion and expertise on board. Make sure to try the Pimento Margarita for a tastebuds’ kick or the Hoja Del Sol if you’re a gin type.
