JATO has opened its doors on the 43rd floor of Media One Tower in Dubai Media City. From the moment the elevator opens, you’re transported into a world of visual and olfactory wonders. Golden leaf-adorned walls lead to a venue offering a variety of dining and leisure experiences, from seated dinners with stunning views to bites at the bars, cocktails in the lounge, or vibrant tunes by the DJ booth.
The menu, crafted by Peruvian Chef John Evans and Michelin-starred Chef Ivan Noceda, celebrates Peru’s rich culinary heritage. Highlights include the bold Ceviche Carretillo, flavorful Fillet A Lo Macho, textured Chaufa Rice Capon, elegant Salmon Tiradito, and the indulgent Lucuma Volteada dessert. As for the cocktails, Nikola Ristic brings his passion and expertise on board. Make sure to try the Pimento Margarita for a tastebuds’ kick or the Hoja Del Sol if you’re a gin type.
As the venue welcomes guests for lunch in its dining area, the daylight fills the space coming in from the surrounding floor to ceiling windows. Pick your spot and enjoy the view over Palm Jumeirah and the blue sea or over the impressive Sheikh Zayed highway and buzzing towers. At night, you can party in the club and lounge area and enjoy the feeling of being suspended between the starry sky and the sparkling city lights below.
JATO’s design blends refined eclecticism with art deco elegance, creating a luxurious yet playful atmosphere. Rich jewel tones—green, burgundy, fawn, and amber—add warmth, while bespoke oak, brass, and velvet furniture enhance sophistication. Distinct flooring, from wooden chevron to Italian marble, and custom lighting set unique moods.
Guests can relax in this suspended oasis, savor exceptional Peruvian cuisine, or dance to the resident DJ’s tunes, amplified by a state-of-the-art sound system.
Open daily for Lunch and dinner.
