To mark the launch of Simone Bellotti’s debut campaign for JIL SANDER, the House hosted ACTS OF LEARNING, an intimate panel discussion held at Marian Goodman Gallery in New York. The evening brought together close friends of the brand alongside leading figures from the art and fashion communities.
The conversation featured JIL SANDER Creative Director Simone Bellotti and model and longtime friend of the House Guinevere Van Seenus. Together, they reflected on Bellotti’s approach to navigating JIL SANDER’s historic tension between opposing forces; strictness and lightness, grace and severity, control and freedom. Central to the discussion was the question that has shaped Bellotti’s creative direction since taking the role: whether it is possible to remove while simultaneously introducing a distinct personal signature.
The event drew a diverse audience spanning fashion, art and music, underscoring JIL SANDER’s enduring cultural relevance. Attendees included musician Kelsey Lu; artists Olympia Scarry and Chloe Wise; model Nyla Singleton, who appears in the JIL SANDER Spring/Summer 2026 brand campaign; as well as creatives Deon Hinton, Isaac Hindin-Miller, Alexander Roth and others.
ACTS OF LEARNING took place on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Marian Goodman Gallery, located at 385 Broadway in New York.
