Jody Shield is a former corporate leader turned entrepreneur on a mission to revolutionise how elite women build and lead businesses. With two decades of experience in global brand strategy, wellness entrepreneurship, and high-level business mentoring, she helps visionary female founders scale multi-million-pound businesses by fusing energetic intelligence with strategic precision.

Born and raised in Liverpool, Jody began her career in London’s corporate world, rising to Business Director at a leading advertising agency and leading brand campaigns across Europe. A transformative trip to Peru in 2010 sparked her pivot into wellness and entrepreneurship. By 2013, she had launched her path as a speaker, author, and mentor, hosting sold-out events, creating pioneering programs, and building a globally recognised personal brand.

Her impact is undeniable in the past year alone, over 20,000 women from 80+ countries experienced one of Jody’s live trainings, more people than would completely sell out London’s O2 Arena. To date, she has guided over 100,000 women worldwide through her teachings on money, business energetics, and soul-aligned leadership.

Today, she runs multiple ventures, including Magnificent Money and Visionary Entrepreneuress, brands that redefine wealth consciousness and business evolution for the next generation of women leaders.
