LYMA - GOLDEN GLOBES 2024: THE BEST PREPPED

Forget the fashion, we’re all swooning over this year’s best prepped and one thing you can be sure of, those that have had the LYMA X Joanna Czech facial will have FLAWLESS skin
Maya Rudolph received the golden treatment during LYMA x Joanna Czech Golden Globes treatments this year.

While the rest of us are recovering from festive overindulgence, the A-List got ready to hit the first red carpet of the year, the 81st Golden Globes (7th January). The finished red carpet look with elegant gowns, glitzy diamonds and perfect hair and make-up was once the only thing that captured the headlines, until now.

Stripped back, makeup-free, FLAWLESS skin has its own moment in the limelight. The secret weapon? LYMA Laser X Joanna Czech - the red carpet prep skincare power couple.

Stars including White Lotus’s Lukas Gage, Maya Rudolph, Minnie Driver and Kaitlyn Dever, experienced custom LYMA X Joanna Czech facial which incorporated Joanna’s renowned massage techniques with LYMA's world-first laser technology and this year saw an equally illustrious crowd lay it bare.

World famous MUA Pati Dubroff, responsible for award winner Margot Robbie's look, also took some time to get herself prepped ahead of the event, as did former Golden Globe nominee Kaitlyn Dever.

A long-time supporter and advocate of LYMA Laser technology, Joanna comments on why LYMA is always her first choice treatment for her A-List clientele:

“The LYMA Laser stands apart in its class with the ability to give an instant radiance to the skin while simultaneously elevating cellular energy levels, increasing collagen production for a more rejuvenated and revitalized complexion” Joanna Czech, A-List Facialist

This treatment is not reserved for the rich and famous, the LYMA Laser is quite literally a beauty clinic in your home; it’s the world’s most powerful at-home beauty device, 100x more powerful than LED and suitable for all skin types and tones, generating clinic-level results with zero pain, zero downtime. Joanna has developed an at-home protocol so you too, can get the look.

HOW TO GET THE GOLDEN GLOBE’S GOLDEN GLOW AT HOME

Always start with the LYMA Oxygen Mist. I use about six sprays.

Follow this with two pumps of LYMA Oxygen Glide. Apply with a nice press and release motion.

Then I apply either a balm or some oil for an easier glide.

Then turn the laser on. I use very slow movements for about 10 minutes on one side of my face. 10 minutes on the other, and another 10 minutes on my neck.

If I treat a particular area - for instance my crow's feet - make sure you are holding it directly at the area that you are addressing. I'd hold it for about five minutes.

You need to do it every single day for about three months. This we call the cumulative results of a treatment.

THE TREATMENT

Joanna Czech’s customized Lyma treatment begins with a sculpting and lifting manual massage, followed by exfoliation and a combination of targeted serums chosen for the skin's needs on that day. Afterwards, the Lyma Laser is used to improve skin elasticity, reduce pigmentation, brighten and push products more deeply into the skin. Each facial will incorporate one or more modalities, which may include various forms of microcurrent, ultrasound, cryotherapy, oxygen infusion, serums as well as masks. Every facial finishes with powerful rejuvenating LED therapy with negative ions.

LYMA Founder Lucy Goff comments, “We could not be more thrilled to kick start 2024 by partnering with beauty industry icon and long-standing friend of LYMA, Joanna Czech for the Golden Globes. The secret behind Hollywood’s most legendary faces is out, and that secret is LYMA.”
