MAAIA Sets Its Sights on UAE Sales with New Launches in Dubai

As Dubai’s real estate market increasingly defines itself by thoughtful design, lifestyle integration and wellness-led living, developers that merge aesthetics with long-term value are standing out. MAAIA, a global real estate developer rooted in European excellence, is one such brand and is now unveiling plans to contribute over exponentially in sales to the UAE market.

MAAIA recently announced two new Dubai projects: La Vue in Nad Al Sheba Gardens and La Clé in Al Furjan, following the sell-out success of Le Jardin in Abu Dhabi. These launches signal the brand’s commitment to crafting communities that balance luxury with livability.

“The UAE is an incredibly important market for us, and we are proud to grow with the country's unparalleled real estate landscape,” said Mohammed Imran, Founder & Chairman of MAAIA. “We have earmarked substantial investment and mega plans for our business over the next three years.”

La Clé brings 56 one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences to Al Furjan, blending sleek design with natural surroundings. A rare offering in the area, select apartments feature private pools, alongside modern interiors and serene outdoor spaces. Units start at AED 1,081,000, with handover expected in Q4 2026.

In Nad Al Sheba Gardens, La Vue introduces elegant apartments to a neighbourhood traditionally dominated by villas. With sweeping green views, zen gardens, outdoor fitness areas, and tranquil pools, it redefines apartment living in a sought-after address. Prices begin at AED 1,685,000, with completion set for Q2 2027.

“Our inspiration draws from years of luxury experience in Europe, combined with a passion for creating homes defined by exceptional attention to detail,” Imran added. “We aim to craft living experiences that residents will truly cherish, while offering investors strong returns.”

Together, these projects represent the beginning of MAAIA’s next chapter in the UAE, one shaped by vision, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of how people want to live.
