ME Dubai has partnered with the region’s beloved bespoke bakery Mélange
ME Dubai, the only hotel to be fully designed both inside and out by the late Dame Zaha Hadid, is delighted to announce its three-month partnership with acclaimed artisanal bakery, Mélange, running until September. The Instagram-friendly, luxury concept, known as the fashion insiders’ patisserie brand of choice, will showcase an array of signature desserts at The Atrium for an un-missable epicurean experience this summer. Guests are invited to the hotel for a multi-sensory journey beginning with the appreciation of Zaha Hadid’s opulent designs, complemented by the delicate creations from Mélange.
The Mélange pop-up will feature a selection of whimsical creations including handcrafted pastries, unique desserts, and signature house coffee blend. Highlights include Chocolate Salted Caramel, Black Forest and Coconut along with Mélange’s Classic Caramel Tart and the irresistible Dark Chocolate Cookie.
The special partnership also features items created especially for the hotel by Founder and CEO, Nadia Parekh, Taking inspiration from the awe-inspiring design and interiors of the hotel, Nadia is proud to present the Hazelnut Mokha Cake and Savoury Swedish Bun, complimented by the London Fog Latte with homemade Elderflower Marshmallow and the refreshing Lemonade & Ginger Float.
Featured alongside the pop-up is the multi-disciplinary showcase of Zaha Hadid’s legacy to the hotel by Zaha Hadid Architects & Zaha Hadid Design. Spanning several areas of the hotel, the showcase includes the latest collection of refined Zaha Hadid Design (ZHD) objects, along with a high-performance activewear collaboration designed by ZHD x ODLO and a selection of architecture models of Zaha Hadid Architects’ most iconic works.
A guide and in-depth descriptions will take guests through the immersive exhibition before they relax over an afternoon of chic and luxurious desserts by Mélange.
