At the heart of this sleek, tech-forward space is the NIO Café, operated by Orto, a contemporary Emirati brand founded in 2022. Known for its CoffeeLounge concept, Orto blends exceptional coffee with a creative, collaborative atmosphere. More than just a café, it serves as a cultural hub where local talent is celebrated, fostering meaningful connections and aligning seamlessly with NIO’s vision to champion creativity and innovation within the region.
Spanning 772 square meters, the Dubai NIO Hub combines a 433-square-meter showroom with a 339-square-meter delivery center, designed for a seamless, personalized user experience. The facility features:

· Three dedicated handover bays for smooth deliveries
· Consultation rooms and an aftersales reception
· A NIO Power experience zone, highlighting cutting-edge charging and battery-swapping solutions
