Redefining Luxury Living in Ras Al Khaimah

A bold new chapter in elevated beachfront living is on the cards, as Dalands Holding partners  with Marriott International and master developer Marjan to unveil W Residences Al Marjan Island, the brand’s newest luxury residential project in the UAE. Slated to open in Q4 2027, the residences will be co-located with the W Al Marjan Island hotel, merging private high-end living with world-class hospitality.

This launch marks the first foray into the UAE market for Dalands Holding, a name known for boutique resorts and destination-driven design. Overlooking 130 metres of pristine beachfront, the 201 residences are set to offer sweeping ocean views, curated interiors and exclusive W-branded services, including the signature Whatever/Whenever® concierge experience. Designed for those who crave both privacy and a vibrant social atmosphere, the project includes amenities like a WET® infinity pool deck, a screening room, beachside lounges, yoga studio, and private entertainment spaces.

The launch of W Residences also signals a new era for Ras Al Khaimah’s luxury landscape. Arch.
