This December, Signor Sassi invites guests to indulge in the true essence of Italian glamour and festive charm. For three unforgettable days, the celebrated dining destination will be transformed through an immersive collaboration with two of Taormina’s most distinguished icons: the renowned Anciovi restaurant from Four Seasons Hotel and the legendary Morgana Taormina, famous for its lavish interiors and electric ambiance. United by a shared commitment to authentic Italian artistry and an atmosphere of refined exuberance, this trio will transport diners to the magic of Sicily, allowing them to ‘Believe’ in the festive enchantment of the South of Italy. The name ‘Believe’ was inspired by Morgana’s captivating decorations, aiming to bring the true essence of Taormina to Dubai.
A Festive Journey Like No Other: December 13th – 15th
December 13th - A Taste of Sicily Begins
The festivities commence with a captivating Morgana takeover at Il Giardino di Sassi Bar, bringing their iconic cocktails and Sicily’s famed nightlife atmosphere to Dubai. Indulge in the exclusive four-course set menu, crafted by Head Chef Luca from Signor Sassi and Head Chef Andrea from Anciovi, featuring their signature dishes that celebrate the essence of Sicilian flavours. Alternatively, guests can choose from Anciovi’s à la carte selection, enjoying one or all four of their standout dishes.
December 14th - Morgana’s Takeover Continues
Morgana continues its magical takeover throughout the day at Il Giardino, bringing its signature cocktails and distinct style to the venue. For a culinary experience, the Sicilian-inspired Signor Sassi x Anciovi set menu will also be available, offering a curated taste of Italian artistry and flavour including four signature Anciovi dishes that will be available on the day.
December 15th - ‘Believe’ Brunch Finale
The experience culminates on December 15th starting at 1pm with the ‘Believe’ Brunch, a festive feast showcasing the finest creations from Signor Sassi and Anciovi, paired with Morgana’s exquisite cocktails. This final day of the collaboration promises to envelop guests in the magic of Taormina’s hospitality, leaving a lasting impression of Italian elegance and festive celebration.
Italian Festivities All Season Long
This festive journey doesn’t end with the ‘Believe’ experience. Guests are invited to revel in the season with an exclusively curated festive set menu - Menu Di Natale, available for lunch and dinner from December 24th to December 26th at AED 575 per person. The festive Menu Di Natale is an indulgent Italian feast, starting with flavourful starters like Cappelletti in Brodo Di Cappone (Homemade Fresh Veal-Filled Pasta) and Vitello Tonnato (Veal with Tuna Sauce). Enjoy decadent handcrafted Cannelloni with Spinach and Ricotta as well as Sicilian Pie with Beef Ragu Alla Bolognese, followed by mains like Wagyu Fillet with Porcini Mushroom Sauce or Lamp Chops with Roasted Potatoes . Finish with a festive almond-glazed Panettone served with Mascarpone. Complement your meal with a curated selection of fine wines and cocktails or explore more from the à la carte menu.
For those desiring a taste of Italy’s sweetest traditions, Signor Sassi offers a limited-edition Panettone available starting November 2nd to January 10th, sold by the slice (AED 75) or as a whole cake (AED 340) beautifully presented in a box to evoke festive elegance. To toast the season, two exclusive cocktails—Candido and Buone Feste—will be available throughout. Candido brings a cozy warmth with Four Roses Whisky infused with Panettone, coffee cordial, and a touch of Frangelico. Buone Feste adds a festive sparkle with vodka, cranberry, Snow White syrup, and Champagne—a bright, celebratory mix to ring in the holidays.
New Year’s Eve at Signor Sassi: “La Dolce Vita” Celebration
To usher in the New Year in true Sassi style, guests are invited to an evening of magical splendour with a 'La Dolce Vita' celebration. Promising all the glamour and sophistication of classic Italy, the night includes a minimum spend of AED 2,000 à la carte with beloved signature Signor Sassi dishes as well as special curations for the evening, each capturing the timeless elegance of Italian culture. The celebration features live entertainment by a singer and resident DJ, while the dress code calls for Italian glamour—a perfect tribute to the destination’s chic allure.
