One Michelin star restaurant, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, has unveiled a refreshed Sunday lunch menu, taking place every Sunday from 12pm to 3pm at Atlantis The Royal. Diners can now look forward to an enhanced Sunday roast experience with all the trimmings, served alongside beloved classics such as the iconic Meat Fruit (c.1500), inspired by the tastes and flavours of Britain dating as far back as the 14th century. The roast experience is elevated with Heston’s signature slow-cooked meats and perfectly crisp roast potatoes.
Desserts include nostalgic favorites like Bakewell Tart (c.1845), Trifle (c.2007), and the interactive Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Trolley (c.1901). Diners can also explore an award-winning wine list curated by Head Sommelier Arturo Scamardella, alongside a creative cocktail and non-alcoholic drinks selection.

Leading dining and entertainment hotspot, Ling Ling at Atlantis The Royal, has unveiled a new menu that reimagines the vibrant flavours of Asia. The refreshed offering including over 30 new dishes, features contemporary Asian cuisine meant to be shared, coupled with an extensive beverage menu, soaring views, and the ultimate soundtrack.
Ling Ling’s new menu, led by Chef Steven Nguyen, features a Japanese wagyu beef sando with Australian wagyu and classic tonkatsu sauce. Indonesian dishes shine with jumbo tiger prawns in Balinese sambal matah and roasted salmon with spicy sambal bwang. A Korean BBQ-inspired dish offers fire-grilled wagyu short rib with galbi marinade, banchan, and lettuce wraps. Cantonese flavours are celebrated with wok-fried whole spiny lobster in a choice of four signature sauces. Thai desserts include mango sticky rice and a Thai milk tea crème brûlée, alongside favourites like Boston lobster pad thai and a 24k gold Wagyu sushi platter.
