The Lone Star of Paris Fashion Week

Schiaparelli’s Fall-Winter 2025 womenswear collection, presented on March 6th in Paris, was a striking celebration of independent femininity.

Creative Director Daniel Roseberry delivered a showcase that balanced masculine influences with the house’s signature surrealism, crafting a wardrobe for women who dress for themselves.

Roseberry’s inspiration stemmed from his observations of modern women, who navigate contradictions daily—embracing both strength and softness, dominance and tenderness. His Texas upbringing influenced the collection’s silhouettes, reimagining classic Western elements with an avant-garde sensibility. Cowboy boots were given a feminine polish, while tooled leather belts and oversized belt buckles carried Schiaparelli’s signature motifs. The collection played with textures and perception, where heavy-looking fabrics felt featherlight and structured garments moved with ease.

Accessories further reinforced the theme. The Soufflé bag gleamed with golden studs, while chandelier earrings and sculptural necklaces felt both bold and weightless. Oversized handbags spoke to the modern woman’s need for practicality without sacrificing style. Each piece carried an intentionality, resisting the fast-fashion cycle and emphasizing craftsmanship over trends.

Beyond aesthetics, Lone Star was a statement on individuality in a digital age. Roseberry sought to create fashion that inspires and endures, celebrating the irreplaceable essence of the women who wear it. In a crowded fashion landscape, Schiaparelli’s latest collection stood out as a testament to power, elegance, and self-expression.
