At Meze and Sanchaya at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, guests can experience a world of flavours from the East, perfectly paired with the vibrant culinary styles of Asia at this unique brunch experience.

Spice Route Friday Brunch offers a wide range of mouth-watering dishes from Turkish and Asian cuisines including Dynamite Squid, Falafel and Tuna Takaki for starters, and Pad Thai Noodles, Crispy Aromatic Duck and Prawn Casserole for mains to name a few favourites. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in a vast selection of signature sweets such as Turkish Baklava, Mango Cheesecake, Mixed Ice-Cream and Seasonal Fresh Fruits.

Along with offering a fusion of flavorful cuisines, Spice Route Friday Brunch offers live music for its guests to enjoy while sipping on a refreshing beverage of choice. At the Spice Route Friday Brunch, social distancing measures will be in place, and digital menus will be available.
