A digital voyage that goes behind the scenes of the luxury fashion house, it grants access to the virtual archives that showcase the brand’s enduring artistry. To celebrate this milestone, an exclusive Manolo Blahnik afternoon tea is held in the Lobby Lounge at The Ritz Carlton, Dubai.The afternoon tea is available until 25 September with a Traditional Treat at AED 265 per person and a Royal Treat at AED 355 per person. The Craft Room themed high tea menu not only reflects the sophistication synonymous with Manolo Blahnik but also offers a delightful culinary journey. Each item is carefully crafted to evoke the essence of artistic design, ensuring a memorable and indulgent experience for guests.

Designed by CEO of Manolo Blahnik, Kristina Blahnik, "The Craft" is a testament to years of dedication and passion. The virtual archives offer a glimpse into the world of Manolo, featuring a replica of the designer’s desk as the centrepiece. Guests can explore various digital rooms, uncovering insights into design processes, construction techniques, typologies, materials, and more.

The development of this digital space has been a passion of mine for many years. To finally bring it to life in 2021 wasa dream come true and the recently added room highlighting a key pillar of our business is another milestone I’m incredibly proud of.”

Chaihona No 1 by Vasilchuki
Already well-known for its innovative and authentic dining experiences, Chaihona No 1 by Vasilchuki is giving something to the global diner; a diverse range of dishes from around the world.
The restaurant has continued this tradition with its delicious new menus inspired by Uzbek, Slavic, Arabic, and Mediterranean flavours, all created by Head Chef Sergei Suschenko. The menus are split into four options, allowing guests to choose from a variety of dishes that can be enjoyed alone or shared with a group.

Menu Highlights Include:

Set 1 Uzbek Lunch:

Starters: Achichuk Salad with fresh tomato, onion and herbs,

Soups: Uygur Lagman Noodle,

Soup Mains: Veal Cheburek (a bread dish filled with meat).

Set 2 Slavic Lunch:

Starters: Classic Olivier Salad with potatoes, peas and eggs,

Soups: Cold Beetroot Soup that's likened to borscht but served cold,

Mains: Breaded Chicken Cutlet.

Set 3 Arabic Lunch:

Starters: Hummus or Tabbouleh Salad, 

Soups: Pumpkin Seafood Soup,

Mains: Half a Grilled Chicken.

Set 4 Mediterranean Lunch:

Starters: Saganaki Grilled Cheese,

Soups: Gazpacho Soup,

Mains: Octopus with Bulgur wheat.

The new lunch menus are available from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, making them ideal for an early dinner or late lunch if you've had a busy day. This innovative and exciting restaurant invites you to the Marina to explore its modern fusion Slavic, Asian and Arabic menu, homely interiors, and unique dining concept.
