BOSS Fall/Winter 26: Precision as Power

A ode to heritage tailoring, where sculpted precision, confident construction and modern proportion spell power for a new season.

For Fall/Winter 26, BOSS turns inward to move forward, not as nostalgia but in fact a recalibration of the house language, one built on cut and control.

The collection revisits archival suiting from the late 1980s and 1990s, reworking sculpted shoulders and decisive lapels into silhouettes that feel assertive yet fluid; broad frames taper into narrower waists, double-breasted jackets meet single-pleated trousers and three-button tailoring is styled with relaxed, double pleats.

Across both womenswear and menswear, tailoring becomes a personal manifesto: silk jacquards and printed archival motifs reappear in neckties, scarves and cummerbunds, now rendered in refined florals from peonies to calla lilies. They are worn with tailored coats and jackets for day and evening, softening structure with subtle opulence.

Outerwear continues the dialogue: technical fabrics intersect with brushed alpaca, nylon trenches are cut with tailored lapels, and leather coats are bonded with cashmere. Here, texture carries the story forward, from supple leather with a softened hand to ponyhair and ostrich effects.

Milan venue Rubattino56 was transformed into an architectural marvel, dressed for success: bands of material were pulled across the room, locked into a moment of controlled tension, while the texture and tone of the runway carpet were inspired by the ochre crushed velvet featured in the collection. The palette remains grounded yet rich, with tones of ink black, midnight navy and smoky grey sit alongside olive, russet brown, terracotta and golden ochre.

Creative Director Marco Falcioni draws inspiration from cultural trailblazers who turn to tailoring at defining moments in their careers. The message on the runway is clear: a suit, a coat, a silk tie, they gain strength when made personal.

Over 600 guests attended the fashion show, including brand ambassadors David Beckham, S.COUPS, Meghann Fahy, Alica Schmidt and Wang Shun. Notable names from the entertainment, sport, and creative industries were also seen on the front row, including Luke Newton, Cat Burns, Maisa Silva, Emilia Mernes, Joseph Zada, Josh Heuston, Robbie G.K., Mew Suppasit, Fei Wang, Liu Xueyi, Lyas, Delilah Belle, Pia Wurtzbach, Cheng Chang Fan, Yamato, and Alexandre Pato. The set for the fashion show echoed the season’s elevated aesthetic – with a nod to the craft behind the collection.
