Over the course of three dazzling days, Baku Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2025–2026 reaffirmed its place as the Caucasus' most compelling fashion rendezvous. Held at the striking Baku Convention Center, the event spotlighted a new generation of regional talent while also welcoming a select few international voices. With a mission to blend heritage with bold contemporary aesthetics, BFW this season stood as a tribute to individual expression, craftsmanship, and the power of cultural storytelling through clothing.
Organised by ModePoint and Stock Concept Store, the event brought together a curated lineup of designers from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Central Asia, supported by key sponsors Magnum and Ploom, whose presence elevated the week with luxe lifestyle allure.
Below, a deeper look at the designers who defined the week.
CONFIDANCE (Azerbaijan)
“Roots: Back to the Future!” — Where Heritage Powers the Contemporary Woman
Among the standout collections at Baku Fashion Week FW2025/2026, ConFidance delivered a compelling narrative that intertwined heritage, gender, and modern urban identity. Titled “Roots: Back to the Future!”, the collection was a striking meditation on the interplay between past and present. Transformer-inspired silhouettes and historical allusions ran through the looks, presenting a woman who is not nostalgic, but empowered — someone who draws from the depth of her cultural and personal history to command the future.
Founded in 2020, ConFidance is fast becoming a defining voice in Azerbaijan’s contemporary womenswear. With its signature blend of sculptural tailoring and a downtown attitude, the brand designs for the bold and unapologetic. The ethos — “It looks good on you” — speaks to a quiet revolution in dressing: where confidence, not conformity, is the new standard of beauty.
This season, the label’s exploration of gender codes and sartorial strength made an indelible impression. With transformative garments that challenge expectation while remaining powerfully wearable, ConFidance reminded the audience of fashion’s deeper function: to express, to challenge, and to evolve.
“She is not looking back — she is moving forward, guided by the strength of where she comes from.”
UVENTA (Azerbaijan)
"2125" — A Vision of the Future, Rooted in Refinement
Uventa brought an audacious and futuristic edge to Baku Fashion Week FW2025/2026 with its latest collection, “2125”. A bold exploration of what fashion might look like a century from now, the collection was defined by cutting-edge materials, architectural silhouettes, and a distinct avant-garde attitude. Yet, within this forward-looking world, Uventa preserved its signature sensitivity — a poetic contrast that elevated the technical into the realm of the emotional.
The garments played with exaggerated forms and clean geometry, suggesting armour for a future urban dweller, while delicate details and careful construction revealed the brand’s ongoing dialogue between strength and softness. This tension — between innovation and intimacy, the mechanical and the organic — created a compelling visual narrative throughout the show.
Founded with a clear vision for boundary-pushing design, Uventa continues to assert itself as a leading voice in the region’s fashion evolution. “2125” wasn’t just a glimpse into the future — it was a call to shape it.
“In every sculpted silhouette lies a quiet promise — the future can be both powerful and poetic.”
Saint Aslan (Azerbaijan)
Caspian Breeze — Where Coastal Elegance Meets Timeless Femininity
Saint Aslan’s Caspian Breeze collection is a poetic homage to the serene beauty and ethereal spirit of the Caspian Sea. Drawing inspiration from the warm Baku sun, the gentle coastal winds, and tranquil seaside evenings, the collection whispers of lightness, freedom, and effortless grace.
Flowing fabrics seem to dance with every step, capturing the movement of a breeze that both soothes and invigorates. The soft color palette — sandy neutrals, seafoam greens, sky blues, and subtle sunset tones — evokes the natural landscape, wrapping the wearer in an aura of calm and understated luxury.
Silhouettes are airy and fluid, carefully crafted to celebrate the wearer’s natural strength and poise. Delicate details and weightless textures complete the picture of a modern woman attuned to her environment and her own inner light.
Caspian Breeze is more than a collection — it’s an invitation to embrace freedom, to dream, and to feel the gentle caress of the sea wherever you go.
“Fashion should move with you like the breeze — light, effortless, and endlessly inspiring.”
Dada’s Studio (Azerbaijan)
Wild East — A Bold Dialogue Between East and West
Azerbaijani designer Naila Dadashova marks a milestone with Wild East, her first full runway collection at Baku Fashion Week. Since launching Dada’s Studio in 2019 with impactful capsule collections, this official runway debut signals a new chapter for the label—and a powerful statement on cultural identity.
Wild East cleverly reimagines the phrase “Wild West,” flipping the narrative to celebrate the complexity and richness of Eastern heritage. Dadashova challenges stereotypes that paint the East as untamed, instead revealing a layered spirit that is both resilient and poetic.
Through vivid colours, strong, structured silhouettes, and unexpected texture contrasts, the collection explores the duality of strength and softness at the heart of Eastern culture. Western motifs like cowboy boots and classic shapes fuse seamlessly with traditional influences, sparking a dynamic dialogue between worlds.
“This collection is personal,” Naila reflects. “It’s about showing the bravery and militancy of the Eastern spirit, alongside its gentleness and poetry.”
Crafted from natural fibers including cotton, wool, and silk, Wild East underscores Dada’s Studio’s dedication to authenticity and conscious design—introducing a culturally resonant voice to the global runway.
TUVA (Azerbaijan)
The Quintet — Where Persian Heritage Meets Modern Expression
TUVA’s The Quintet collection eloquently channels the five core emotions from Nizami Ganjavi’s Khamsa — love, teaching, quest, power, and freedom — into a poetic narrative told through fashion. Inspired by the intricate harmony of Persian miniature art, each scene has been painstakingly redrawn and printed on premium cotton, marrying heritage with craftsmanship.
Traditional elements breathe life into the collection, notably charred hawthorn wood panels transformed into large brooches that punctuate the garments with subtle yet meaningful detail. The presentation further unfolds a story through the models’ hair, styled in seven symbolic colors drawn from Haft Peykar (The Seven Beauties), each representing a palace and its deeper significance.
At the heart of the collection is the figure of the bride, an evocative fusion of the legendary archetypes Shirin and Layli — embodying liberation, strength, and delicate self-preservation. Holding a laurel leaf symbolising courage and a sprig of rue, traditionally believed to ward off negativity, she represents resilience both physical and spiritual.
Central to The Quintet is Kamal al-Din Behzad’s iconic miniature of Iskandar caught in a sea storm, building a temple guided by wisdom to calm turbulent waters — a metaphor for inner balance and enlightened leadership. This evocative scene becomes TUVA’s signature scarf design, bridging ancient storytelling with contemporary fashion.
The Quintet beautifully weaves together classical literature, symbolic depth, and modern silhouettes, offering a wearable homage to cultural legacy.
Fidan Sadig (Azerbaijan)
Narrative I — A Modern Fairytale in Sculptural Tailoring
At Baku Fashion Week FW 2025, Fidan Sadig unveiled Narrative I, a collection that marries architectural precision with poetic storytelling. Renowned for her sculptural sensibility, Fidan crafts a world where avant-garde tailoring meets surrealist undertones, producing a theatrical runway experience grounded in intellectual depth and masterful craftsmanship.
Drawing inspiration from the tension between Western structural rigour and Eastern nuance, the collection reimagines classic white shirts into sculptural masterpieces, featuring bold silhouettes and unexpected gothic romantic and punk details. Luxurious fabrics such as velvet and silk chiffon enhance the narrative, balancing weighty forms with moments of delicate airiness.
“My goal was to craft a modern fairytale — my own kind of myth somewhere between Scheherezade and the Knights of the Round Table — told through geometric tailoring, without losing the poetry,” Fidan reflects. The collection captures this tension perfectly, juxtaposing sharp lines and asymmetry with fluid volumes and sheer layering. Tailored trousers meet ethereal fabrics in a harmonious dance of fantasy and control, making Narrative I a striking statement of contemporary femininity.
Chovghun (Azerbaijan)
A Bold New Chapter: The Most Refined Collection Yet
Chovghun’s latest collection marks a defining moment for the brand—a confident leap into the future rooted in clarity and creative discipline. This season’s lineup is a sophisticated blend of form and function, offering highly wearable pieces that carry an elevated sense of thoughtful design.
From trench coats to jumpsuits, shirts, pants, and knitwear, each garment is infused with subtle yet striking modern details that transform essentials into timeless statements. The colour palette echoes controlled elegance, featuring earthy browns, stone greys, deep blacks, dark blues, muted khakis, and rich burgundies—tones that feel simultaneously grounded and forward-thinking.
“This collection is the foundation of our new mindset,” the designer explains. “We are moving forward with greater clarity, refining what we’ve built, and progressing with purpose. The goal is not just evolution, but elevation.” Every silhouette, texture, and stitch reflects Chovghun’s commitment to growth and refinement, making this collection not just a season’s offering, but a declaration of renewal, direction, and identity.
Monkey Fourest (Azerbaijan)
A Vibrant Journey to Bali in a Capsule Collection
Inspired by a personal journey to Bali, Monkey Fourest’s capsule collection of shirts and accessories captures the island’s vibrant and playful spirit through unique, colorful fabrics and designs. The brand’s name pays homage to the Sacred Monkey Sanctuary in Ubud, a place famed for its resident monkeys and rich cultural heritage.
Designer Azer Jafar sourced all fabrics directly from Bali, ensuring each piece is crafted with meticulous care and attention to detail. The collection is a joyful celebration of Bali’s energy, translating its lively essence into wearable art that invites boldness and creativity.
GUNAH (Azerbaijan)
“The Colors of Life and Words”—A Nostalgic Journey Through the 2000s
Inspired by the poetry of Mammad Araz, this collection—titled The Colors of Life and Words—brings to life the dynamic aesthetics of the early 2000s. Moving beyond the ’90s influences of the previous runway, this second chapter in a trilogy embraces the era’s bold denim, edgy leather, and streetwear vibes with unapologetic flair.
Supported by Azerbaijan Fashion Lab, the collection captures the cultural pulse of a generation through evolving silhouettes—from oversized to sleek—symbolizing the transition from the past to the present, metaphorically represented by the shift from Mammad to Manat. It’s a visual narrative that fuses identity, urban street sounds, graffiti, and music, all filtered through the designer’s childhood memories.
This runway show is not only a reflection on changing times but a celebration of personal and collective histories, underscoring how memories become an indelible paradise within us.
HASANOVS (Azerbaijan)
Where Art Becomes Legacy
More than just a jewellery brand, Hasanovs is a family legacy that spans generations, blending masterful craftsmanship with visionary creativity. Founded by a master jeweller and his daughter, the brand expertly combines traditional silver-working techniques with contemporary design, producing handcrafted pieces that are both timeless and deeply emotional.
Each creation from Hasanovs tells a story — an expression of elegance, strength, and meaningful artistry. This season, the “Woman’s Freedom” collection takes centre stage, celebrating female empowerment and the courageous journey of self-realisation in today’s world. These pieces embody independence, resilience, and the power to evolve.
In contrast, the “Swords” collection channels boldness and fearless spirit. The symbolic fusion of swords and snakes reflects a powerful duality — the courage to take action and the wisdom to discern the right moment. Designed to inspire confidence, Hasanovs continues to create jewellery that is not just worn, but felt.
ZHIWJ (Tajikistan)
Crafting Conscious Fashion from Tajikistan
Founded by Nafisa Imranova, ZHIWJ proudly represents Tajikistan at Baku Fashion Week with its striking 2025 collection, Metamorphosis 2.0. Building on the success and acclaim of the original 2023 release, this updated collection deepens its commitment to conscious fashion through the art of up-cycling.
Each garment is meticulously handcrafted using fabric scraps sourced from various regions across Tajikistan, transforming discarded materials into fresh, innovative designs. The collection also revitalises recycled denim, showcasing the brand’s ability to blend sustainability with avant-garde creativity.
A unique highlight of Metamorphosis 2.0 is the integration of suzani embroidery, a cherished Tajik tradition. Featuring motifs from the 1940s to 1960s, these artisan-embroidered details infuse the collection with rich cultural heritage and authenticity, making every piece a wearable story of history and renewal.
Emre Erdemoglu (Türkiye)
For Fall/Winter 2025–2026, the Istanbul-based designer unveiled a collection that was equal parts architectural and emotionally charged. Structured coats in sculptural silhouettes were softened by flowing silks, echoing a visual poetry between masculine codes and romantic restraint. Known for his precision tailoring, Erdemoglu leaned into layered proportions — high-shouldered outerwear met cropped knitwear and subtly shimmering textiles, with an emphasis on earth tones and metallics.
His show was a study in balancing statement and wearability, capturing the attention of international press and guests alike. More than simply a showcase of craft, Erdemoglu’s collection reflected the tension between vulnerability and power — a mood that resonated far beyond the runway.
Cihan Nacar (Türkiye)
Cihan Nacar’s collection was a sweeping ode to fantasy and sensuality. A former swimmer turned designer, Nacar channels movement into fabric — and it shows. His FW25/26 lineup blended slinky evening wear with sharply tailored suits, resulting in a gender-fluid narrative rich in opulence and architectural beauty. Think plunging satin gowns in deep emerald and midnight blue, juxtaposed with razor-cut blazers that emphasised the waist and shoulders.
Crystal embellishments appeared like constellations across sheer mesh and velvet, while dramatic silhouettes recalled Old Hollywood through a contemporary Middle Eastern lens. “I always design for powerful women who own their narrative,” Nacar remarked backstage. In Baku, that power was fully realised — unapologetic and unforgettable.
From poetic minimalism to maximalist provocation, Baku Fashion Week FW25/26 showcased a confident regional identity that’s ready to claim its space on the global stage.
“Baku doesn’t follow fashion — it dares to define it.”
