Dsquared2 has paired with the Bob Marley Foundation within the Spring Summer 2023 collection. A selection of portraits and quotes by the artist are combined with custom graphics and printed on a bag, T-shirts, sweatshirts and denim labels.

A black-and-white portrait of Bob Marley smiling features on one side of a white leather tote with long shoulder strap, the other side features his quote written in his writing style followed by his signature: “The most intelligent people is the poorest people. Yes, the thief them rich, pure robbers and thieves, rich! The intelligent and the innocent are poor, are crumbled and get brutalized. Daily.”

This same print and quote features on the front and back of a cotton jersey sweatshirt, T-shirt and tank top in shades of white, black, green and orange. Another T-shirt and tank feature a series of portraits of Bob Marley with a quote on the back reading “Me mustn’t fight for my rights, my rights must come to me. If God didn't want me to sing, I wouldn't have a song to sing."

Colours from Jamaica: yellow, red and green are graphically drawn on top of a colour portrait of Bob Marley with the Dsquared2 written in black which appears on a T-shirt. “My home is in my head,” another quote from the singer is graphically placed with colourful hibiscus flowers on top of a portrait of Bob Marley looking poignantly straight ahead which is placed on a hoodie and a T-shirt.

Dean and Dan Caten wore this strikingly printed T-shirt for their bow for the Spring Summer 2023 men’s fashion show held in Milan.

Bob Marley Foundation for Dsquared2 will drop in all the Dsquared2 stores, website and selected WW retailers as from February 2023.
