Chef Silvena Rowe Introduces a Special Valentine’s Day Menu at Nassau

Treat your loved ones to a romantic evening at Nassau this Valentine’s Day. Located at Jumeirah Golf Estates, this chic Mediterranean restaurant is offering a special three-course menu specially whipped up by the celebrity chef, Silvena Rowe. Each couple will be welcomed with a molecular drink and will be given a Chocolate Goodie Bag to-go.

The Valentine’s menu will include Silvena’s signature dishes such as the King Prawn Cocktail, Beef Tenderloin with Béarnaise Sauce, and the vegetarian Quattro Formaggi Tortellini. To end the evening, Chef Silvena has created a mouth-watering dessert, the must try Red Love Lava made with Red Velvet Heart Fondant and Vanilla Ice Cream.
