The Italian Restaurant Appoints Chef Alessandro Salvatico as Head Chef This Month, With A New Menu set to Launch in November.

With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Alessandro Salvatico has joined L’Amo Bistro Del Mare as the Head Chef, with the mission to establish an elevated dining experience for guests through an exquisite new menu. Prepared with genuine, seasonal, and freshly sourced ingredients, the menu launched this month will be inspired by a love letter to Italy, where quality ingredients and authentic flavors are reimagined with a modern, artful touch. Each dish tells a story of tradition renewed, balancing simplicity with sophistication to create a dining experience that is both grounded and elevated.

As Head Chef, Alessandro’s role will include oversee the kitchen operations, leading a team of 30 to deliver exceptional dishes reflecting the essence of Italian classics.

Born in Italy, Chef Alessandro Salvatico's journey began in the Langhe region, where his passion for truffles and the culinary world flourished during his time at hotelier school. On weekends, Alessandro honed his craft working in local restaurants, igniting his passion for Italian cuisine. His career took a global turn when he moved to Dubai in 2010 to lead the opening of the prestigious Armani Hotel in the Burj Khalifa. For eight years, he set new standards of excellence, shaping the culinary scene in one of the world's most iconic locations. Today, he joins L’Amo with the aim to incorporate his fresh perspective on Italy’s culinary journey in the region.

Guests can look forward to tasting the Carpaccio di Ricciola—thinly sliced to perfection and dressed to let the natural sweetness of the fish shine. The Risotto al Limone, infused with vibrant notes of citrus paired with red Sicilian prawns, captures the essence of the Mediterranean in every bite. For a touch of indulgence, the Tagliolino arrives adorned with caviar, a luxurious interpretation of Italian pasta that delights the senses. Ravioli del Plin, Chef Alessandro’s signature expression from his motherland, brings together pasta and tradition in a way that is both comforting and refined. To finish, the Zuppetta 

Fragole—an aromatic strawberry broth—wraps up the meal with a dessert that’s as refreshing as it is captivating.
