Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai Announces the Return of Ibiza's Famed Sublimotion

Sublimotion opened in Ibiza in 2014 and made its debut in Dubai in 2021, and since then has been at the top of the world’s culinary rankings. The experience is the brainchild of two-Michelin-starred chef Paco Roncero and creative director Eduardo Gonzales, of Vega Factory.

Returning with an exclusive brand-new show, this unique haute-cuisine experience features 10 whimsical courses that transform with every scene, complemented by exquisite interactive dishes and paired with incomparable performances. Guests can expect a culinary experience like no other, as the scenes unfold around them. The theatrical show includes 360-degree screens with imagery projected onto every surface, from the walls to the table, and an expert team of chefs, designers, directors, technicians, and musicians all contribute to this show-stopping experience, so guests can truly expect the unexpected.

There are two shows daily at 6:30pm and 9:30pm, and guests can enjoy this one-of-kind experience at AED 5,000 per seat inclusive of alcohol, and AED3,500 per seat without alcohol.
