Salvaje, renowned for its innovative Japanese fusion cuisine, is excited to announce its new Kandai Business Lunch. Named after the Japanese word for "generous", this business lunch offers an exclusive menu that promises a distinct and delightful dining experience for guests.

The Kandai Business Lunch menu is unique, with a number of dishes crafted exclusively for this midday offering. Diners have the choice of a two-course or three-course meal, AED 145 and AED 195 respectively, designed to provide a satisfying and leisurely lunch experience. The business lunch menu features appetisers served Izakaya-style and individual main courses for each guest, adding a touch of casual elegance to the meal. For those who wish to end on a sweet note, any of Salvaje’s desserts can be added for only an additional AED 30.

Signature dishes exclusive to the menu include the Japanese Carbonara Udon, Chirashi Bowl, and Crispy Dorada, each crafted with the utmost care and creativity. Fan favourites from the main menu such as the Truffle Mushroom Dumplings, Cauliflower Boom, and Yellowtail Tiradito can also be enjoyed as part of this menu. Lastly, a highlight of the Kandai Business Lunch is the Salvaje Burger, a secret menu item made with a wagyu beef patty laying in a milk bread bun with cheddar cheese, grilled onions, pickles and goshujin spicy mayo, served with crispy mille-feuille and a soft drink of choice, all for AED 125.
